Holmes and the No. 16 NAPA Toyota Team are Road-Course Bound
The No. 16 NAPA AUTO PARTS Toyota Camry team from Bill McAnally Racing next heads to the western slopes of the Oquirrh Mountains to the town of Tooele, Utah. It’s the home of the Miller Motorsports Park which hosts many of the world’s most significant racing series including the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West. This will be the seventh visit for the series to the track. The iON Camera/Utah Grand Prix will be on Saturday September 14th with the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West teams set to take the green flag at 4:25 pm MT.
“We’ll have a great No. 16 NAPA AUTO PARTS Toyota Camry for the road course,” said Eric Holmes, driver of the No. 16 NAPA AUTO PARTS Toyota Camry. “I love road racing and Miller had been a great track for us but we’ve never had the finish to reflect our great cars. I’m hoping that this is the race that’s going to turn the season around and get the NAPA Toyota Camry into victory lane. We want to show our race partners, Toyota and NAPA AUTO PARTS that we have the Camry that can win here and give Toyota their first NKPS West victory at Miller. We came so close last year finishing in second.
Bill McAnally Racing and the No. 16 NAPA AUTO PARTS Toyota team would like to thank NAPA AUTO PARTS, Toyota and the many other great partners and all of the fans for their continued support throughout the season.
The iON Camera/Utah Grand Prix is on Saturday, September 14th. Slated to run with the NKNP West will be the Pirelli GT3 Cup Trophy USA West and other racing series.
