Break of Bad Luck … Jack Wood, driver of the No. 91 Adaptive One Calipers Chevrolet Silverado RST heads to Rockingham Speedway coming off his best season-to-date finish at Bristol Motor Speedway. The bad luck finally breaks after Wood battled his way up to the front to ultimately end his night just outside the top 10 in 11th. Last week’s effort marks the young drivers best finish yet with McAnally-Hilgemann Racing.

The Rock… The NCTS is headed to “The Rock” for the first time since 2013 and it will be Wood and the rest of his teammate’s first stab at the 0.94-mile asphalt oval. The McAnally-Hilgemann Racing camp was able to attend a series-wide test at Rockingham back in January that allowed them to get a feel for the track and how the race is going to play out. Wood and the No. 91 team are ready to start the hot streak of solid finishes with a top-10 at Rockingham.

Tune In … Television coverage on the Black’s Tire 200 will begin Friday afternoon with practice & qualifying starting at 12:30 p.m. ET on FOX Sports 1. The green flag will drop at 5:00 p.m. ET on FOX Sports 1. Stay connected with the No. 91 team by following @BMR_NASCAR on Twitter, @bmrnascar on Instagram, and Bill McAnally Racing on Facebook.

Jack Wood Quote:

“I am super excited to get to Rockingham this weekend and hopefully continue on our high momentum. Rockingham is a super fast track as we were able to discover at the test back in January. It is really cool that NASCAR is able to bring this track back and all of us at MHR are pretty pumped to be a part of that. Looking forward to this Friday and I am confident that this No. 91 team can keep this truck in contention for a solid finish at “The Rock”.”
