Victory Lane Confidence… Mason Massey drove his No. 19 Bill McAnally Racing (BMR) Chevrolet SS to Victory Lane in his ARCA Menards Series West (AMSW) debut at Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway, leading the final 31 laps en route to the victory. The 29-year-old from Douglasville, Ga., posted the fastest lap in practice and qualified on the outside of the second row. The strong weekend was a significant confidence boost for Massey and the BMR No. 19 team as they now carry that momentum into a challenging ARCA Menards Series (AMS) field this Thursday at Phoenix Raceway.

ARCA Combo Race… This weekend’s General Tire 150 at Phoenix Raceway presents a prime opportunity for Massey to make a statement as he takes on the banks of the NASCAR national-series venue alongside the national AMS field. Thursday’s entry list features 39 drivers representing 19 states and three countries. Massey looks to build on last week’s victory at Kern Raceway with another strong result in Avondale, Ariz.

Big Track Racing… Phoenix Raceway stands as the largest oval on the ARCA Menards Series West (AMSW) schedule. While still classified as a short track by NASCAR standards, the one-mile Avondale, Ariz., facility is twice the length of the next-largest oval on the circuit. Thursday’s General Tire 150 marks the first of two AMSW appearances at Phoenix this season, with the second serving as the championship finale. BMR owns three career AMSW victories at the track, most recently in 2015. Mason Massey and the No. 19 BRUNT Workwear team will look to build on that history and contend for a strong result Thursday night.

Tune In… Coverage from Avondale, Ariz. begins at 6:00 p.m. ET on Fox Sports 1 for the General Tire 150 at Phoenix Raceway. Stay connected with the No. 19 BRUNT Workwear team by following @BMR_NASCAR on Twitter, @bmr_nascar on Instagram and Bill McAnally Racing on Facebook.

Mason Massey Quote:

“We had a great weekend at Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway getting the win in my ARCA Menards Series West debut. Now we head to Phoenix Raceway for my first ARCA start there, and I’d love to put together a similar kind of night. The competition is going to be tough on Thursday, but I’m excited to see where our BRUNT Workwear No. 19 stacks up. We’ll enjoy the Kern win on the way out there, and once we unload at Phoenix, it’s back to work.”
