Music City Preview… Kris Wright and the No. 81 iHeartRadio team head to Lebanon, Tenn. for the Allegiance 200 from Nashville Superspeedway (NSS). The NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series (NCTS) comes back to NSS for the sixth consecutive year following a 10-year hiatus as McAnally-Hilgemann Racing (MHR) eyes up another opportunity to get back to victory lane. Wright is excited to welcome iHeartRadio back aboard the No. 81 after the partner debuted on the MHR entry earlier this season at Bristol Motor Speedway. This weekend, the No. 81 will carry the full iHeartRadio colors for the first time as Wright looks to deliver a strong result at NSS.

Nashville Notes… The highlight of MHR’s experience at NSS occurred in 2024 when Christian Eckes took home the checkered flag and Daniel Dye and Tyler Ankrum finished second and fifth, respectively. In 2022, the Pittsburgh, Pa. native brought home a top-20 finish in the NCTS race in Music City. In the most recent trip to Nashville, Daniel Hemric led the way for MHR with a top-five result  in 2025. Wright has three starts between the NASCAR Xfinity Series and NCTS on the concrete intermediate.

Season to Date… After 10 races into the 2026 NCTS season, Wright sits 22nd in points with four top-20 finishes to his credit. Three of Wright’s top-20 finishes have come on intermediate tracks, highlighted by his effort at Dover Motor Speedway, another concrete surface. Wright and the No. 81 team will look to turn that experience into another strong showing this weekend at NSS.

Tune In… Coverage from Nashville begins Friday with practice on FOX Sports 2 at 4:00 p.m. ET, followed by qualifying at 5:05 p.m. ET. Live coverage of the Allegiance 200 will air on Fox Sports 1 at 8:00 p.m. ET. Kris Wright Quote:

“I’m excited to get to Nashville this weekend. It’s one of my favorite places to visit and the track puts on some really good racing. We’ve had solid runs the last few weeks and just need things to come together. I’m confident we can put together a good night on Friday. I want to thank iHeartRadio for coming on board, and I’m looking forward to getting our new scheme on track under the lights.”
