Deegan Set to Battle for Gold in the Desert

| Voyage to the Valley… Bill McAnally Racing (BMR) returns to Phoenix Raceway for Round 12 of the 2026 ARCA Menards Series West (AMSW) season. Hailie Deegan will climb aboard the No. 16 Monster Energy Chevrolet SS for the Diamond Desert Casino West Valley 100, the second AMSW race at Phoenix this season. The Temecula, Calif., native will tackle 100 laps around the one-mile oval, the largest oval on the AMSW schedule. Deegan and teammate Mason Massey will make BMR’s 94th and 95th starts, respectively, as the team looks to capture its sixth victory at “The Desert Jewel.” Deegan enters the second-to-last race of her AMSW return on strength of two podium finishes over the last three races, including her thrilling victory at Madera Speedway on September 26th. Deegan’s Desert Dashboard… In the most recent visit to Phoenix Raceway, Deegan rallied for an 11th-place finish in a stacked 40-car ARCA Menards Series and AMSW combination event, where she gained ground throughout the race. The event marked just her second stock car start in more than a year, following her last appearance in the 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series. Saturday night’s penultimate race will mark her seventh career start at Phoenix across NASCAR national series and AMSW as she looks to capture her second victory of the season. Season to Date… Hailie Deegan and the No. 16 Monster Energy team enter the final two races of the 2026 AMSW season with one win, three consecutive top-five finishes and seven top-10’s through the first 11 events. Deegan looks to add to those totals at Phoenix Raceway this weekend, aiming to lead laps and contend for another victory as the season approaches its conclusion.
