Shasta Speedway marks the fourth new venue in seven races for Johnson Jr. this season.

Season To Date … In five of the six events this season, Johnson Jr. has successfully qualified 16th or better. Eric Johnson Jr. Quote:

On The First Half of The Season.:

“Coming off our double-header weekend at Irwindale, I can feel our group is working in the right direction. Each of us are extremely self-critical and have spent a lot of time this season reflecting on what we’ve found on track as well as our progress made throughout the season. I think we’re finally getting to the point where we can take all that and apply it towards getting a result we can all be proud of. As usual, my goal this weekend is to focus on minimizing any rookie mistakes on my end as well as being as communicative as I can with the team so we can dial in our Pacific Office Automation Chevrolet as quickly as possible. It’s my first time at Shasta and I couldn’t be more pumped for it.”
