In his three series visits to Stockton, he won the Pole Award once and finished in second place twice.  He looks forward to adding a victory to his record there.

“I’m really looking forward to racing at Stockton 99,” said Holmes.”It’s a track I consider a home track and with two second place finishes; I really want to add a victory to my record here. We have a great No. 20 NAPA/Almond Ace Packing Toyota Camry and with a veteran crew chief like Trip Bruce on board; this team feels confident that we will be contending for the win.”

Making his second NASCAR K&N Pro Series West start this season piloting the familiar No. 16 NAPA AUTO PARTS Toyota is Sergio Pena. This will be Pena’s first visit to Stockton 99 Speedway.

“Recently we tested at Stockton 99 and it went really well,” said Pena. “We’ve spent a lot of time there and crew chief Ty Joiner has the NAPA Toyota Camry dialed in.  I’m excited to get started next weekend. I love short track racing and I’ve heard the race at Stockton 99 is always a challenge. We’re excited and prepared to try and get our first win!”
