Back in Bristol… Kris Wright and the No. 81 iHeartRadio / F.N.B. Corporation team are set to hit the concrete banks of Bristol Motor Speedway (BMS) for the UNOH 250 presented by Ohio Logistics. The McAnally-Hilgemann Racing (MHR) team returns to BMS, looking to add a second sword from the “Last Great Colosseum”.. With seven races remaining in the 2026 season, the No. 81 iHeartRadio / F.N.B. Corporation team still has plenty of valuable points on the table as it looks to close out the year on a positive swing.

Short Track Spotlight… Wright enters the weekend with 11 prior starts at half-mile tracks and will make his fifth start on the BMS concrete. The Pittsburgh, Pa., native also has two starts on BMS’ dirt surface  which occurred in 2022 and 2023. Wright has one half-mile top-10 and has started as high as 14th at Martinsville Speedway. Wright returns to BMS for the second time this season looking to build on his previous experience at the track and put together a strong run after an early-race penalty hampered his April outing.

Season to Date… The driver of the No. 81 iHeartRadio / F.N.B. Corporation Chevrolet Silverado RST will make his fifth short-track start of 2026. Through 18 races, Wright has recorded six top-20 finishes, with a season-best 13th-place finish at Naval Base Coronado, and currently sits 24th in the championship standings.

Kris Wright Quote:
“I really want to redeem myself from our race back in April. This team works hard at putting together a fast iHeartRadio / F.N.B. Corporation truck and I want to put together a good result for everyone involved. We’ve got seven races to go to leave a mark and it all starts this Thursday at Bristol.”
