Home Game… Kris Wright and the No. 81 F.N.B. Corporation team for McAnally-Hilgemann Racing (MHR) head down the road to Charlotte Motor Speedway (CMS) for round 21 of the 2026 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (NCTS) season. What is widely considered the home track for the NASCAR industry is a tight 1.5-mile oval built for close racing and high speeds. Wright finished 18th in one NASCAR Xfinity Series start last season, 15 positions higher than where he started. He has a 19th-place finish in the NCTS in 2022 and has an average starting position of 21.5 at the circuit.

Intermediates… Wright returns to CMS for the 10th intermediate of the season for the NCTS in hopes of another good result. On the season, Wright has two finishes inside the top 20, with a 19th-place finish at Rockingham and a 17th-place finish at Dover early in the season. When Wright takes the green flag Friday night, it will be his 50th career NASCAR intermediate start.

Season to Date… 20 races down, five to go in the 2026 NCTS season for Kris Wright and the No. 81 F.N.B. Corporation team. Wright currently sits 24th in the championship standings with six top-20s to his credit. The F.N.B. Corporation team looks to close out the season on a high note, starting at CMS.

Kris Wright Quote:
“Racing at Charlotte in the spring put us through the ringer with the rain setting us back to Sunday, the race being put on a time clock, and then our pit road issues. It wasn’t a good weekend for the F.N.B. Corporation machine, but we’ve got a fresh go at it, and I want to have a good result for all the guests from F.N.B. Corporation who have supported me over the years.”
